• The Body Shop Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no applicable fees.
• Your balance is available by calling 1-800-263-9746 or by visiting https://www.thebodyshop.com/en-us/gift-card-balance
• The Body Shop Gift Cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
• Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, contact Customer Support at 1-800-263-9746 immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except with purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase.
